Knitting retreat with Shirley Paden!

The retreat will take place Thursday June 21 through to Sunday June 24 at the Northridge Inn in Sundridge, Ontario!

We will be arriving for dinner on Thursday then will have a fun evening to follow where we will get to know each other a bit better. Classes will begin after breakfast on Friday morning and we will do a full day of class Friday and Saturday and will have a half day on Sunday with lunch to follow as our last meal before everyone heads home.

Shirley and I have been discussing which classes would be interesting to teach at the retreat. We are going to mix it up with a few different classes including a collection of cast ons, cardigan construction and a finishing class.

We have finalized the cost for the retreat as well! The cost will be $765 INCLUDING HST. The only cost beyond this is your weekend funny money for the market tables that I will have set up in our conference room and rentals for canoes, kayaks and other water toys. As we did this year, a $200 NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required to hold your spot with the balance of $565 due Saturday April 21, 2012. We are most definitely able to arrange payment plans for whatever you are comfortable with ie. weekly, monthly, bi- monthly… whatever you like! Christmas is coming and gift certificates for the retreat make good gift ideas!

I am very confident that this retreat will sell out quickly this year which will make it fantastic! When you do confirm your spot I will email you a little contract with all the “technical” details to confirm.

So a quick price breakdown of what your cost includes….

  • 3 nights accommodations at the Northridge Inn Resort
